The Eleventh Annual Technology Issues for Financial Executives Survey Report has been published, citing Information Integrity as the most critical issue for financial executives.

  • “Improving data quality/consistent reports” retained its position as the most pervasive critical technology concern with about 38 percent of respondents considering it a critical technology issue.  “Achieving the expected benefits from IT investments” took the number three position with 32 percent of respondents rating it as a critical issue. 
  • Seventy-five percent of all respondents believe that their current level of Information Integrity is negatively impacting their organization’s ability to achieve its business objectives.
  • Although 41 percent of respondents have formal, on-going programs planned during the next year to improve their Information Integrity, the remaining 59 percent have no clear path for implementing information integrity programs.
